I received this movie free a while back from AdultMaven and just got around to watching it.  All I can say is WOW!  If you want fetishes and erotic visuals you need not look any further.  Underworld has no plot, it is a series of four vignettes that treads into some of the darkest  corners of the mind where few people dare to go.
